Blobs are currently deleted past a certain age.

Feeds stay forever once replicated.

Need some sort of policy where if a feed isn't visible to any local account, then it is deleted automatically after some time.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
