Just an idea:

  • Set some "test mode" state that apps can query.
  • Load up the app in normal user mode, guest mode, and administrator mode.
  • Each instance could have its database access isolated so that it couldn't be accidentally destructive.
  • Be able to run all apps in test mode sequentially and see a nice report of the results.
