Yes to all, but I want to suggest that the end game here is not to get all possible apps into this repository. For reasons including that I don't want to be the gatekeeper of all apps, we need to get to the point that discovering shared apps and browsing the history of an app's source is pretty good. But we do need some good examples around, so I'm not saying no. Hope that makes sense!
